To Kill A Mockingbird 2-1

Finally there is a man on the stand for the defens. This man happens to be Tom Robinson, the accused rapist of Mayella Ewell. In Robinsons examination, he gives a new twist to the story, in which it wsa really Ewell that made passes on him and her father caught them in the act, and the sotry links in from that point. In here we also find that Robinson has a bd arm, and can only fully use his right arm (that actually is very relevant).

Tom is a kind young man, anbd has good intent from my standpoint, and hes being prosecuted basically be cause he is black. If that isnt crap i dont know what is,...

To Kill A Mockingbird 1-3

After Bob Ewell leaves the stand, in a huge huff (stubborn freak), the next wtiness is called to the stand. Thsi witness happens to be Miss Mayella Ewell herself (uggh). Mayella doesnt really say anything new, basically confirms all of the other crapthat the two other liars are saying. Then again comes Atticus (this guy is good), who does well to throwher off and almost get hjer to admit what her father mightve (and im sure of) done. It all ends out with Mayella crying, and crying, and cryi.. you get the idea.

Atticus is very good at his profession. he seems to take everything with care and enthusiasm, I like it. Keep at it At, youre doing great!

To Kill A Mockingbird 1-2

The next poerson on the stand is Bob Ewell, the father of Mayella Ewell. Bob basically repeats everything that Heck Tate and the damages on his daughter. The atticus confronts him on the same base, and asks him to wirte his name, which is with his left hand. Atticus points out the damages on Mayella are favoring her left side and accuses ewell of beating his daughter and covering it with a rape charge. (this part was so awesome!!!)

I had alot of fun reading this part. I love howthe author was able to weave some different kinds of material into the story. It gave it anew taste other than just three dirty kids playing over the summer, it became a real love vs hate struggle that is fun to explore.

To Kill A Mockingbird 1-1

Now we set into the Tom Robinson trial. The first person to testify is Heck Tate, who talks about the damages that were put on Miss Mayella Ewell in the accused rape of her by Mr. Robinson. Mr tate explains the call he got and the damages he saw. Attcius then asks him of any possibility of calling a doctor of sort, which tate denies. tate is asked to sit as the next witness is asked to come forth.

I htink this easily concludes that courtroom scenes are way way entertaining. I mena dont get me wrong, this book is very good, but now its in a courtroom and all of a sudden, BAM, im on the edge of my seat and ready for some pumpin'! This is fun...

Scout hears something under her bed one night, it turns out to be Dill, who ran away and met with Scout and Jem. Afetr much talk and agrivation Atticus lets him stay and they all get aqcuainted again.

Dill is a great character, he adds light to many dark parts of the story, and it gets Boo radley in  the mix alot.
